It’s in this magnificent tin illustrated by artist Delphine Cossais that you can let refine your vintage La Perle des Dieux sardines of the year 2018.

Vintage sardines are fished off the Vendée coast at Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie during the summer. They are freshly canned by hand by our cannery’s sardinières. Soaked in extra-virgin olive oil, they will become even more melting and creamy over time.
