For Millésime 2017, painter Coralie Joulin plunges us into the heart of a fashion show, where Mlle Lulu appears between strength and delicacy. An illustration with a very haute couture feel, inspired by the know-how of La Perle des Dieux, and more specifically by the qualities of our sardine-makers, who prepare our gourmet sardines with a lively, but always refined touch. This sublime tin contains four to six exceptional sardines: from the waters of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, the guard sardines have been prepared and tinned extra fresh, by hand. In their extra-virgin olive oil, they are matured for ten years, patiently candied, to reveal a fabulous aroma and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
