Pure poultry rillettes

Pure poultry rillettes made from a delicious blend of poultry meats (chicken, guinea fowl and duck).

All poultry is fed GMO-free grain corn and raised outdoors in the Landes region of France.

For a traditional tasting experience, serve your pure poultry rillettes on a slice of farmhouse bread.

For a more convivial tasting experience, arrange them on a charcuterie platter accompanied by grilled toast.

120 g jar, for 2 to 3 people.
Storage: 2 years, away from heat and humidity. After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.

Preparation: Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Composition: 75% pure duck trimmings and meat, 24% poultry meat, garlic, salt, black pepper, Espelette pepper.
