Origin of anchovies: Bay of Biscay, canned in a traditional cannery in the Spanish Basque Country near San Sebastian, Conserverie Nardin. Anchovies are caught only during the season, using traditional, sustainable fishing methods, outside the fish’s reproduction period. Each fish is selected and sorted by hand, and chosen according to an optimal fat percentage for a natural beechwood smoking process, without preservatives or additives. 100 g tin.
