The “Agricola dell’Orso” farm is located in Oria, Italy, in the Salento region of southern Puglia, where olives are at the heart of the local identity. This olive oil is produced from Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina de Nardo olives, two varieties typical of the region.
The olives are harvested by hand, and the oil is mechanically cold-extracted on the same day to guarantee the highest quality and purity.
The fragrance of this olive oil is reminiscent of nuts, tropical fruits and aromatic herbs. The fruity taste develops on the palate. Bitterness and spiciness are harmoniously balanced.
