This tomato tapenade with Espelette pepper is a tapenade made from tomatoes, cooked according to a traditional recipe and lightly seasoned with Espelette pepper.

It can be eaten as bruschetta or spread generously on toasted bread and served with hard-boiled eggs. For a little freshness, add a fresh basil leaf.
It can also be used as a side dish to a main course of fresh pasta or rice.
Composition: Tomato pulp concentrate 67%, tomato concentrate 9%, walnuts (nuts), cashews (nuts), ricotta (milk), Grana Padano (milk), olive oil, garlic, Espelette pepper, oregano, basil.
Store away from heat and moisture. After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.
Preparation: Chill the tapenade in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
